16 year old boy, Ihere-serg Mascot from Ebonyi State Wednesday, presented a car he assembled himself to the Executive Governor of Ebonyi State Engr. David Nweze Umahi at the Governor’s office, Abakaliki. Ihere told press men that his car does not emit gas and does not use fuel, but is powered by solar energy.
